  • Order Timeframe: Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of being placed since we typically ship them within that timeframe.
  • Coupon Code: Please note that if you used a coupon code, we do not accept refunds under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

1.2 Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support within the specified return period to request a return authorization.
  • Provide the necessary information, including your order details and reason for the return.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Product Replacements:

  • The product should have a technical defect or damage caused during the shipping process.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item(s).

  • Once we receive your replacement request, we will review and confirm its validity within 5 to 10 days.
  • If your replacement request is accepted, we will send you a new product. The delivery time will depend on your address and chosen shipping method.
  • We will cover any fees associated with replacing and shipping the product back to you.

All products undergo a quality control check before being shipped. However, if you encounter any of the following issues upon opening the package, please inform us by taking a picture and directly emailing us with your order number:

  • Unclear printed image.
  • Off-center printed image.
  • Incorrect package received in comparison to the order.
  • Damaged product due to delivery (torn, dirty, etc.).
  • Incorrect size, color, or style compared to the order.
  • Other mistakes caused by us.

If your received product has any of the issues mentioned above, please contact us via email or through our website. Provide pictures of the errors and your order number. Once we verify the issue, we will either refund or replace the item.

Note: Returns are only accepted if the item has not been used or washed and is in the same condition as when you received it. We are not responsible for any sizing issues if the item was made according to your request. However, if we shipped the wrong size in comparison to the order, we will follow the policy outlined above.

3. Refunds:

3.1 Refund Methods: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. In some cases, store credit or alternative refund methods may be offered at our discretion.
